Queen Ann
Queen Anne is a Certified Conflict Mediator- Certified by the County of Santa Clara's Dispute Resolution Program. She received a Commendation Community Service Award, from Ron Gonzales, former Mayor of the City of San Jose. She also received Special Congressional Recognition from Congressman Michael Honda.
Queen Ann has coached and mediated hundreds of conflicts successfully. Queen Anne is also a Professional Life Coach, specializing in Project Management & Conflict Resolution. She loves to teach Public Speaking to youth or adults as well as Communication Courses, Powerful Listening and "Building a Powerful Mind" using the Health Realization Model develop by Roger Mills, Ph.D.
Queen Ann Cannon is quite the Community Leader. She has more than 35 years experience developing and presenting workshops for corporations, youth organizations, City of San Jose, high schools, and the Volunteer Exchange. She is a Popular and sought after speaker and lead volunteer for a variety of community events including the Executive Producer and Host of the Award Winning cable television program “Peninsula View” for over 18 years.

Bea
Bea is another one of our highly experienced conflict mediators and trainer as well as community leader in the field of conflict resolution. Bea has completed over 200 mediations for the Office of Human Relations, the Victim Offender Mediation Program, and the Palo Alto Mediation Task Force. She was the Coordinator and lead trainer for the Training Institute at the Office of Human Relations, developing and conducting training courses for new mediators, agencies and institutions of higher education. In addition, she has trained for the Los Altos Mediation Program, the Better Business Bureau, and the Palo Alto Mediation Task Force.
Rey
Rey has worked for over 22 years as a Crime Prevention Specialist for a big City. He also completed over 80 hours of intensive mediation training. Rey has facilitated over 500 mediations with a 80% success rate.
Rey designed a Youth Violence Prevention Curriculum known as "Challenges and Choices" which has served as a model for police departments nationwide. For the last four years, Rey has also worked as a counselor for EMQ Families first working with teens affected by drugs and a high risk life style. Because of Rey's dedication to helping youth, his ability to connect to troubled adolescents, and his fluency in Spanish, he is always sought by the community to help parents and families who have trouble communicating and/or potential delinquency.
Although it seems that Rey keeps himself busy, his priority and the most enjoyable time he has are being with his two best friends, his two children whom with he plays, studies, and cooks.
